Team Up week takes place between 26 January to 1 February 2026

Social isolation amongst young people (16 to 24) has risen by more than a third over the last decade, with boys and young men facing a unique set of challenges.

Sport has the power to bring people together in local communities, and through collective action we can help young men to ‘Team Up’ to end isolation.

What is Team Up?

Team Up is a national week of action dedicated to rallying behind young men and boys, helping to ensure they have the support, connection, and confidence to navigate life’s challenges.

It brings together sporting organisations, communities and clubs to share their events, resources (including guides, apps and blogs) and programmes in local communities.

Throughout the week we will promote ways to build confidence, resilience and facilitate ways to foster genuine connections among this group.
